Eat Well Stay Well
What and how much you eat are two things you can control. By controlling what and how much you put in your mouth, you have a big influence on your health and the quality thereof. As soon as you eat something it becomes part of your body.
The saying is very true.
Huge amounts of information about nutrition and food are freely available. The problem is that a lot of what is said or written is not scientifically sound or proven. If you do not have the knowledge to interpret this information you can easily be misled in your choices. Wrong choices can lead to the detriment of your health. It can do more harm than good.
Any of the following symptoms might mean that a person needs a change in eating habits:

It is never too soon or too late to change you eating habits. Don't wait untill you get bad news from your doctor.
